Greenbelt Wright Stuff 5K Fun Run & Walk December 6, 2008



Welcome! The Prince George's Running Club invites you to celebrate the 105th anniversary of the Wright Brothers' historic first powered flight! PGRC is commemorating the milestone with a 5K Fun Run and Walk around Greenbelt Lake at Buddy Attick Park.

The race starts in Historic Greenbelt and includes two laps around Greenbelt Lake. Refreshments and random prizes will be given after the race. For more details contact Tracy Ward at WrightStuff@pgrc.org or call 202-521-1495.

Race date: December 6, 2008. Packet pickup 7:00 - 7:45, race starts at 8:00 a.m. sharp. Race entry is limited to first 100 registrations received.

Directions:

From Capital Beltway, take exit #23, Kenilworth Ave. north towards Greenbelt. Turn right at the light on Crescent Road. Drive approximately 1.4 miles and turn right at the stop sign just past the library on the right. Park in the parking lot behind Greenbelt Library. Registration and packet pickup is at the nearby Greenbelt Youth Center.
