About beginning and returning runners
- The single biggest hazard is that they will overdo and get injured.
- This is most commonly a problem in the first 2 weeks, and again about 8-12
weeks after return
- Returning runners are often frustrated by the difference between what
they used to be able to do and where they are now. Keep the focus on
current state and progress.
